Frequently Asked Questions
Smart Camp is designed for three roles: Camp Managers who oversee displaced person camps, Aid Providers such as NGOs and charities who deliver resources, and Administrators who manage the overall system. Each role has its own dedicated portal and permissions.
All personal data is protected by strict role-based access controls. Providers cannot access family names or individual details — they only see aggregate need data. Full demographic profiles are visible only to authorised camp managers and administrators.
Camp managers log specific needs through the platform — including category, quantity, urgency, and camp location. Providers see a real-time list of open, verified needs and can commit to fulfil specific items directly through their portal.
Yes. Smart Camp fully supports Arabic (RTL) and English. You can switch languages using the selector in the top navigation bar. All interfaces, forms, and reports are available in both languages.
Access is granted by a system administrator. If you are a camp manager or an aid provider and need access, please contact the platform administrator through the contact page or through your organisation's coordination officer.
